About Us
We are a family run business who specialise in caravan servicing and repair to ensure your caravan or leisure vehicle is ready for your next adventure. We operate from our workshop based in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, we have a host of specialist equipment & materials to allow us to service and carryout minor to major repairs on all manufactures caravan and motorhomes
DAMP REPORTS
Caravans are prone to water ingress which can cause serious problems to your pride and joy if water ingress goes undetected until the damaged is visible. We recommend leisure vehicles are serviced and damp checked annually to detect water ingress early enough so your caravan can be repaired without the need for costly repairs. Our workshop provides damp reports which record various moisture reading's locations to all panels, our report includes areas of concern which include recommendations or remedial works. Without your caravan been annually checked for damp can allow water ingress problems to become serious generally noticed when the interior wallboards become soft or pimply. At this stage the caravan requires major repairs works removing wallboards and fixed furniture to allow drying out the moisture before the panel are bounded to maintain the integrity of the caravan
CHASSIS AND RUNNING GEAR
We inspect for damages or wear and tear to items such as Ball acting stabiliser & coupling head, jokey wheel, tyres & brakes to ensure your caravan can be towed safely
GAS SAFETY SYSTEMS
All gas appliances are checked to ensure they are working properly this includes checking flame failure devices operate correctly and gas leak & Carbone monoxide test is also carried out. We also check the age and performance of the gas regulator, hose, pipework & security of the gas bottles
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Electrical appliances are inspected to ensure work and are safe. This includes external and internal lights, heating system, fridge, electric hob and microwave. RCD are tested to ensure they trip within a set time
